Junior Support Executive

As a Junior Support Executive at our company in Delhi, you will have the opportunity to kickstart your career in the IT/software industry. Your main responsibilities will include: - Learning and understanding software through structured training. - Providing phone, email, and remote support to clients for software technical issues. - Understanding client queries and effectively resolving or escalating them to the technical team. - Guiding clients on basic troubleshooting steps and usage instructions. - Maintaining logs of client interactions and issue resolutions. - Ensuring client satisfaction through timely and professional support. To qualify for this role, you should meet the following requirements: - Any graduate. - Good communication skills, especially in English. - Basic knowledge of computers and MS Office. - Willingness to learn software and work in a support role. - Positive attitude, patience, and a customer-focused mindset.
