Junior Student Counsellor

Key Responsibilities

1. Student Counselling & Support

• Provide basic counselling to students regarding study options, program requirements, and admission processes.
• Assist students in understanding eligibility criteria, documentation, and timelines.
• Offer guidance on language courses, visa steps, and program selection.

2. Application Assistance

• Support the preparation and submission of student applications.
• Help students collect, verify, and organize required documents.
• Maintain accurate records of student progress in the system.

3. Communication & Coordination

• Respond to student and parent inquiries through calls, emails, and WhatsApp.
• Schedule counselling sessions and follow up with students regularly.
• Coordinate with senior counsellors, universities, and partner agencies.

4. Administrative & Office Tasks

• Maintain student files and update CRM or database systems.
• Assist with daily office operations, forms, and documentation.
• Prepare basic reports on student registrations and follow-ups.

5. Marketing & Outreach Support (If Required)

• Participate in education fairs, seminars, or promotional activities.
• Support the marketing team by sharing program updates and student interests.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
