Role Description

This is a full-time remote position for a Junior Software Test Engineer. The selected candidate will be responsible for executing various software testing activities, including developing, implementing, and managing test cases. This role involves identifying software issues, reporting them, and working alongside the development team to ensure quality assurance at all stages of the software development lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Test Execution and creating detailed Test Cases
• Strong understanding of Software Testing methodologies and techniques
• Basic knowledge of Software Development processes and their correlation with testing
• Ability to identify defects, conduct root cause analysis, and ensure comprehensive testing coverage
• Strong problem-solving skills and keen attention to detail
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• Familiarity with automated testing tools is a plus
• Experience with Agile development methodologies is an advantage
