Junior Software Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, test, and deploy .NET applications (Web/REST API) based on project requirements
• Develop and integrate payment gateway solutions
• Build and maintain RESTful APIs for various business requirements
• Collaborate with senior developers, testers, and project managers for delivering high-quality software
• Debug and resolve application issues and bugs independently
• Maintain and enhance existing codebase and participate in code reviews
• Write clean, scalable, and maintainable code following best practices
• Create and maintain technical documentation
• Work with SQL Server or other databases to manage application data
• Demonstrate problem-solving skills and ability to work independently on assigned tasks.

Preferred candidate profile

Core .NET Development:

• Strong knowledge of

  C#

  and

  .NET Framework/.NET Core

• Experience with

  ASP.NET, ASP.NET MVC, ASP.NET Web API

• Hands-on experience with

  RESTful API design and development

• Understanding of

  OOP concepts, design patterns, and SOLID principles

Payment & Integration:

• Payment gateway integration

  experience
• Knowledge of

  JSON/XML handling

  for API integrations
• Understanding of

  security best practices

  for web applications, especially payment systems

Database & Data Access:

• Experience with

  SQL Server

  , including writing stored procedures and optimizing queries
• Familiarity with

  Entity Framework

  or

  ADO.NET

Frontend Skills:

• Hands-on experience with

  HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and jQuery

Tools & Practices:

• Version control experience with

  Git/TFS/Bitbucket

• API testing tools:

  Postman/Swagger

• Unit testing

  experience with

  xUnit/NUnit

  or similar frameworks
• Basic understanding of

  Agile/Scrum

  development methodologies

Nice-to-Have:

• Experience with

  .NET Core

  (if not already primary focus)
• Frontend frameworks:

  React, Angular, or Vue.js

• Cloud services:

  Azure/AWS

  deployment and services
