About the Role

We are looking for enthusiastic Junior Software Engineers to join our R&D team. This role offers an excellent opportunity to learn from experienced mentors, gain hands-on experience with modern development practices, and contribute to real-world industrial networking solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in developing, testing, and debugging software modules.
• Learn and apply structured programming methods and design principles.
• Support integration and validation of open-source components.
• Manage Git commits, documentation, and version control with guidance.
• Work with senior engineers during code reviews, testing, and deployment activities.
  

Required Skills & Experience

• 1-3 years of experience in software development (or strong academic project exposure).
• Basic knowledge of

  C++/C#/Python/SQL

  .
• Understanding of

  networking fundamentals

  and basic security concepts.
• Familiarity with

  Embedded Linux

  and

  Windows

  platforms (preferred).
• Strong willingness to learn, good analytical skills, and a collaborative mindset.
