Junior Social Media Marketing Executive in Gurgaon

Key Responsibilities

• Content Planning & Scheduling
• Assist in planning and executing monthly social media content calendars for multiple client accounts.
• Coordinate with content writers, designers, and internal teams to ensure timely delivery of posts.
• Schedule content across platforms such as Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and X (Twitter) using tools like Buffer, Later, Meta Business Suite, or native schedulers.
• Content Creation & Copywriting
• Write compelling captions, hashtags, and short-form social media copy aligned with each brand's tone of voice.
• Ideate creative content formats including static posts, carousels, reels, and short videos in collaboration with the creative team.
• Adapt content for different platforms while maintaining brand consistency.
• Community Management
• Monitor social media pages for comments, direct messages, and mentions.
• Respond to audience interactions in a timely, professional, and brand-aligned manner.
• Escalate queries, complaints, or sensitive conversations to senior team members when required.
• Analytics & Reporting
• Track key performance metrics such as reach, engagement, follower growth, and impressions.
• Assist in preparing monthly social media performance reports with basic insights and recommendations.
• Use analytics data to suggest improvements in content and engagement strategies.
• Research & Trend Monitoring
• Stay updated on social media trends, platform updates, algorithm changes, and best practices.
• Suggest trending reel ideas, formats, and campaign concepts relevant to client industries.
• Conduct competitor and industry research to support content planning.
• Campaign & Collaboration Support
• Execution of social media campaigns, including paid and organic initiatives (training will be provided).
• Assist with influencer research, outreach, and coordination for collaborations and brand campaigns.
