Roles & Responsibilities
As a Social Media Manager at Social Square, you will:
• Create and Innovate: Develop creative ideas and monthly strategies for multiple clients’ social media handles that captivate and engage audiences.
• Manage Client Accounts: Handle the social media platforms of at least 8 clients simultaneously, ensuring each account shines uniquely.
• Craft Compelling Content: Write captivating captions and creative copies for social media plans that align with clients’ brand voices.
• Trendsetter: Ideate, script, and, shoot and edit trending reels that resonate with audiences.
• Research & Reference: Assist clients and teams with relevant references for various social media strategies.
• Design Collaboration: Work closely with graphic designers to create visually stunning social media content.
• Strategize Ad Campaigns: Plan, execute, and manage successful ad campaigns to elevate clients’ social media presence.
• Stay Ahead of Trends: Keep up with the latest social media trends, topical content, and new platform features.
Qualifications
We’re looking for candidates who are:
• Excellent Communicators: Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential.
• Creative Collaborators: Able to transform ideas into creative outputs in collaboration with graphic designers.
• Tech-Savvy: Proficient in Google Workspace or Microsoft Office.
• Experienced: At least 1 year of prior experience in social media management.
• Multitaskers: Capable of handling multiple client accounts with ease and efficiency.
• Team Players: Adaptable to feedback and able to work collaboratively in a dynamic team environment.
• Resourceful: Own a personal laptop for work purposes.
