Job Summary:

AJ ARCHITECTS is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Site Engineer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate is a recent B.Tech graduate who is eager to learn, passionate about architecture and construction, and ready to contribute to high-quality project execution at our sites in Thalassery and Kannur.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in daily site supervision and coordination of construction activities.
• Ensure work is executed as per approved drawings and specifications.
• Monitor progress and report site updates to the Project Manager or Senior Engineer.
• Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and other stakeholders.
• Conduct quality checks and maintain safety standards at the site.
• Prepare and maintain site reports, measurements, and documentation.
• Support in managing materials and labor at the site.

Requirements:

• B.Tech in Civil Engineering (or relevant discipline).
• Strong interest in architecture, site execution, and project management.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic understanding of construction drawings and building materials.
• Willingness to travel or relocate within Kannur district (primarily Thalassery & Kannur).
• Knowledge of AutoCAD/MS Office is a plus.
