Junior & Senior IT Admin / Infrastructure Support

About the Role

Rigel Networks is seeking Junior and Senior IT Admin / Infrastructure Support professionals to join our dynamic team. This role requires proactive individuals who can work independently with minimal supervision, ensuring the seamless operation of IT infrastructure across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

Application Support

• Install, configure, and troubleshoot software on desktops and laptops.
• Collaborate with users to understand IT/software needs and provide training.

Domain, Email & Hosting

• Manage website hosting on Linux servers, ensuring security and uptime.
• Configure folder-level security permissions and install/renew SSL certificates.
• Administer Exchange/Office 365 email hosting, Outlook, and webmail.

Server & Cloud Management

• Administer Windows & Linux servers including AD policy creation and email signature management.
• Manage Office 365 Admin Portal, user administration, and mail center operations.
• Work with AWS and Microsoft Azure for virtual servers and cloud resources.
• Implement server backup and recovery procedures.
• Create and manage virtual machines using VMWare.

Network Monitoring

• Configure and manage firewalls (SonicWALL) to ensure network security.
• Maintain routers, switches, and access points.
• Set up and manage LAN, MAN, WAN, and secure VPN access.
• Provide support for VoIP and communication systems.

Hardware & General IT Support

• Install, upgrade, and repair hardware (desktops, laptops, printers, mobile devices).
• Support and maintain DVR, cameras, and CCTV systems.
• Provide IT support during employee onboarding/offboarding.
• Develop and improve IT-related policies and procedures.
• Provide off-hours/weekend support as required.

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor’s in Computer Science, IT, Electronics, Telecommunications, or related field.
• Strong knowledge of Firewall, Office 365, Active Directory, Servers, LAN, MAN, WAN.
• Hands-on experience with Windows/Linux servers, AWS/Azure, and VMWare.
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
• Ability to manage tasks and priorities effectively.
• Openness to learning and adapting to evolving IT needs.
