What you will be doing

• Run high-volume outbound across

  phone / WhatsApp Business / email / LinkedIn

• Research and prioritize ICP lists (UAE SMEs, recent registrations, free-zone founders)
• Qualify using

  BANT

  (need, timing ≤60 days, budget/fit, decision-maker)
• Book

  qualified meetings

  and write crisp call notes in CRM
• Handle common objections; disqualify fast when misaligned
• Maintain

  CRM hygiene

  and sequence discipline; hit daily activity SLAs

🎯

• ~100

  qualified meetings/month

• 100–125+

  new-lead touches/day

• Fluent English (B2-C1 level)

  and

  Arabic or Hindi

• Confident

  cold-caller

  ; high-volume outbound experience; results-driven mindset
• Coachable, process-driven; passionate about sales
• Bonus: UAE SMB/accounting/fintech exposure

• Competitive base of USD + uncapped commission
• Remote work in Gulf time zone; internet stipend; paid leave
• Clean lead data, clear ICP, proven messaging; hands-on coaching

• Career path:

  SDR → Senior SDR → AE/BD within 6–12 months for top performers
