Junior Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities

Lead Generation & Prospecting

• Identify and qualify potential customers through cold calling, email outreach, networking, and online research
  
• Maintain a database of leads and prospects
  

Sales Support

• Assist senior sales team in preparing sales pitches, proposals, and presentations
  
• Follow up on leads and support the customer journey from inquiry to sale
  

Client Relationship Management

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or in person
  
• Build rapport with clients and provide basic product/service information
  

Product Knowledge

• Stay updated on product or service offerings
  
• Clearly communicate features, benefits, and pricing to potential clients
  

Reporting & Documentation

• Maintain records of sales activities (calls, meetings, follow-ups)
  
• Prepare daily/weekly reports for review by sales managers
  

Target Achievement

• Work towards individual and team sales targets
  
• Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to improve performance
  

Market Research

• Monitor competitor activities and market trends
  
• Gather customer feedback to inform product or service improvements
