Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Junior Sales Executive located in Vadodara Taluka. The Junior Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying potential clients, developing relationships, and promoting our range of fiberglass and insulation products. Day-to-day tasks will include cold calling, client visits, product presentations, negotiating contracts, and closing sales. The role requires maintaining client relationships and providing excellent customer service to ensure client satisfaction and retention.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for client interactions
• Ability to develop sales strategies and conduct market research
• Proficiency in negotiations and closing sales
• Basic understanding of FRP Composites and fiberglass products is beneficial
• Self-motivated with a proactive approach to meeting sales targets
• Experience in the manufacturing or building materials industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
• Willingness to work on-site in Vadodara Taluka
