Junior Sales Executive

We are looking for an energetic and customer-focused Junior Sales Executive to join our team at the Indore centre. You will be the first point of contact for walk-in customers, responsible for creating a welcoming and engaging experience while promoting our offerings such as go-karting, arcade games, and other entertainment services. Key Responsibilities - Greet and engage all walk-in customers in a warm, friendly, and professional manner. - Understand customer needs and explain our offerings clearly, including ticketing options, go-karting packages, arcade and other entertainment activities. - Assist customers through the booking or registration process, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable visit. - Provide information on ongoing promotions or packages and upsell where appropriate. - Ensure customer queries are resolved promptly with a positive attitude. - Maintain a clean and organized customer-facing area. - Coordinate with operations and technical teams to ensure seamless experiences. - Collect feedback from customers for service improvement.
