Junior Sales Executive

We are currently looking to hire a Junior Sales Executive to join our team at Adco Ventures Pvt. Ltd. in Bhubaneswar, Odisha. As a Junior Sales Executive, you will play a crucial role in our sales team by being energetic, self-driven, and ready to dive into the world of sales. Your responsibilities will include conducting field visits and client meetings on a regular basis, generating leads, converting them into business opportunities, nurturing strong customer relationships, meeting monthly sales targets, and providing updates to the team. The ideal candidate for this position should have at least 6 months to 1+ year of sales or field experience, excellent communication and persuasion skills, be comfortable with field travel (own vehicle preferred), and must be available for immediate joining.
