• Process: Domestic Voice (Malayalam)
• Eligibility: 10th / 12th / Diploma / Any Degree
• Experience: Freshers & Experienced candidates welcome
• Age Limit: Up to 28 years
• Language Required: Malayalam (Fluency in speaking is mandatory)
• Work Mode: In-office (Coimbatore)

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound calls in Malayalam
• Resolve customer queries and complaints efficiently
• Provide accurate information and maintain service quality
• Record customer details and feedback properly
• Support customers with product or service information

Required Skills:

• Good communication in Malayalam, basic computer knowledge, problem-solving skills, and a customer-friendly attitude.
