Job Title: Junior HR Recruiter (Female)

Job Description:

Spectrum Solar Power is looking for a motivated Junior HR Recruiter (Female) to join our Kochi team. The role involves handling end-to-end recruitment, supporting onboarding, and assisting in HR operations to ensure smooth talent acquisition.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source, screen, and shortlist candidates through job portals, social media, and referrals.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
• Conduct initial HR interviews to assess suitability.
• Draft and post job descriptions on recruitment portals.
• Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate database.
• Support onboarding and maintain employee records.
• Assist HR team in day-to-day operations.

Requirements:

• Female candidate, based in Kochi.
• Bachelor’s degree in HR/Business Administration or related field.
• 6 Months–2 years of HR/Recruitment experience.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and recruitment tools.
