Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Junior Talent Acquisition Expert. The Talent Acquisition Expert will be responsible for managing the full life cycle of recruiting processes, including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring. The role also involves developing and maintaining employer branding initiatives and collaborating with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and goals.

• Full-life Cycle Recruiting and Recruiting skills
• Interviewing skills
• Employer Branding and Hiring skills
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work independently and effectively in a remote environment
• Experience in talent acquisition or human resources is preferable
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• 1 YEAR OF EXPERIENCE.
