About Us

We are a multidisciplinary Architecture and Design firm with in-house teams across Architecture, Interior Design, 3D Visualization, Business Development, Drafting, CRM, and Accounts. As we continue to grow, we are looking for a Junior Recruiter to support our hiring needs across departments.

Role Overview

The Junior Recruiter will assist in end-to-end recruitment activities, helping identify, screen, and coordinate hiring for various technical and non-technical roles within the firm. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build a career in recruitment within the design and architecture industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in hiring for roles such as:
• Architects
• Interior Designers
• 3D Artists / Visualizers
• Draftspersons
• Business Development Executives
• CRM, Accounts & Support roles
• Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and databases
• Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements
• Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers
• Maintain and update the candidate database and recruitment trackers
• Communicate with candidates regarding interview status, feedback, and offers
• Assist in onboarding documentation and joining formalities
• Support employer branding initiatives and job postings
• Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred)
• 0–2 years of experience in recruitment or HR (freshers with interest in recruitment may apply)
• Basic understanding of recruitment processes
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple openings simultaneously
• Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace
• Attention to detail and good organizational skills

Preferred (Good to Have)

• Prior experience hiring for architecture, design, or construction-related roles
• Familiarity with job portals and LinkedIn sourcing
• Interest in the design, architecture, or creative industry

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
