What You Will Do

• Source and screen strong tech talent across multiple skill groups.
• Maintain clean pipelines, share timely updates and coordinate interviews.
• Understand role requirements and match candidates on skill, fit and budget.
• Keep daily trackers organised and follow a steady, structured workflow.
• Build long-term candidate networks and support vendor coordination when needed.

What We Expect

• 1 to 2.5 years of hands-on experience in tech hiring.
• Strong sourcing skills across Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed and referrals.
• Ability to understand technical job needs and evaluate profiles.
• Clear communication, fast follow-ups and disciplined work habits.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
