Junior R & D Engineer

As an Electrical Design Engineer, you will be responsible for the following: - Assist in reviewing and evaluating existing electrical and hardware designs including wiring harness, PCB assemblies, and other electrical items. - Support the development of new design patterns aimed at simplifying or optimizing existing systems without compromising functionality. - Explore and test customized sensor solutions specifically designed for automated vending machines integrated with IoT and power electronics. - Propose and document ideas for process optimization such as minimizing motor usage, optimizing routing, and reducing part complexity. - Participate in mini proof-of-concept (POC) projects under the guidance of senior engineers. - Maintain thorough documentation of ideas, test results, and innovations to contribute to the team's knowledge base. - Collaborate effectively with electrical, mechanical, and procurement teams to assess feasibility and sourcing requirements.
