Junior Quantity Surveyor

As a Cost Estimator, your primary responsibility will be to price and forecast the cost of the different materials required for the construction project. You will be managing the finances for various construction projects ranging from houses to high-rises, bridges, and tunnels. Your role involves ensuring that the project stays on schedule and within budget, while also optimizing construction costs and production efficiency. Key Responsibilities: - Identify, analyze, and develop responses to commercial risks - Track changes in design or construction work and adjust budget projections accordingly - Prepare and analyze costings for tenders - Analyze project outcomes and compile detailed progress reports - Utilize creative and innovative problem-solving approaches - Demonstrate strong numeracy and financial management skills - Assist in determining client requirements Qualifications Required: - 1 year of experience in Civil Engineering (Preferred) - Proficiency in English (Required) Please note that this is a Full-time, Permanent position.
