Junior Quality Engineer

As a Quality Engineer, your primary responsibility will be to ensure product quality and smooth manufacturing processes. You will be involved in conducting inspections, audits, process monitoring, and resolving quality issues to maintain high standards. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct incoming, in-process, and final inspections of components and products. - Monitor and maintain quality records and documentation. - Analyse defects, support root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions. - Assist in internal and external audits, and ensure follow-up on findings. - Ensure that measuring instruments are calibrated and properly maintained. - Utilize quality improvement tools to enhance manufacturing processes. - Support continuous improvement initiatives within the manufacturing setup. Qualifications Required: - Bachelors Degree or Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical & Electronics Engineering, or a related field. - Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Quality Engineer in a manufacturing environment following ISO/IATF standards. - Hands-on experience with inspections, quality documentation, and audits. - Strong observation, analysis, and communication skills.
