· Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the office. · Direct visitors to the appropriate person and office. · Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls. · Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and material. (e.g. pens, forms and brochures) · Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email. · Receive, sort and distribute daily mail/deliveries. · Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk. (monitor logbook, issue visitor badges) · Order front office supplies and keep inventory of stock. · Update calendars and schedule meetings. · Arrange travel and accommodations, and prepare vouchers. · Keep updated records of office expenses and costs. · Admin Work. Qualification : B.Com Experience Required : 1 - 3 Years. · Handling of change control, deviation and CAPA and OOS activities. · Monitoring of stability trend study- Maintaining quality standards as mentioned in the quality policy manual. Review of Analytical data along with data of RM, PM, Intermediate and Finished products. Responsibilities and Duties · Extend technical/quality related support to manufacturing sites. · Handling market complaint, conduct plant audits, review change control / deviation / OOS (Out of Specification) / OOT (Out of Trend), Quality agreement and APQR (Annual Product Quality Review). · Ensure documents are maintained as per the SOP · Quality improvement. · Enforcement & Management of quality policy. · Set up Quality control Quality inspection standard, Validation, gauge procurement & storage. · Daily quality control Production parts inspection & judgement, initial parts stable quality control, Design & process change control, regular quality inspection. Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications Required Candidates : 01 Total Experience Required : Must be Experience 1 to 3 Years in Automobile Field. Education : B.E. / CIPET : - Plastic Engineering / Mechanical Engineering.
