Job Summary:

Aertrip is looking for a detail-oriented Junior QC Executive to manually verify each travel booking and ensure 100% accuracy in ticketing, customer details, and itinerary information. This role is crucial in maintaining service quality and ensuring error-free processing before delivery to the customer.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manually check and verify each booking made through internal systems.

• Ensure passenger details, travel dates, destinations, and ticketing rules are correct.

• Identify and escalate any discrepancies or errors in bookings.

• Coordinate with ticketing and operations teams to resolve issues before ticket issuance.

• Maintain QC logs and ensure that all verified bookings meet company quality standards.

• Assist in process improvements to reduce booking errors.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in quality checking or booking verification, preferably in the travel industry.

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

• Basic understanding of airline bookings and travel itineraries.

• Good communication and coordination skills.

• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
