Job Description

Job Title: Junior QA Engineer (Manual Testing)Location: Noida (Onsite)Employment Type: 12-Month ContractCompensation: Up to 10 LPAJoining: Immediate Joiners Only

Contract: 12 Months

About the Role

Junior QA Engineer

Key Responsibilities

Perform manual testing across web and/or mobile applications.
Understand requirements, create detailed test cases, and execute them.
Identify, document, and track defects using standard bug-tracking tools.
Perform regression, functional, UI, smoke, and exploratory testing.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and ensure test coverage.
Participate in daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and review meetings.
Ensure timely delivery of test results and reports.

Must-Have Skills

02 years of experience in Manual Testing.
Strong understanding of SDLC and STLC.
Hands-on experience in test case design and defect logging.
Basic understanding of SQL queries and API testing (using Postman or similar tools).
Good communication skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Good to Have

Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodology.
Knowledge of basic automation concepts (not mandatory).

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or a related field.

Contract & Compensation

12-month contractual role
with potential extension based on performance and project needs.
Maximum payout:
Up to 10 LPA (on CTC basis).
