Job description Role & Responsibilities: You will be responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of software products through the design, development, and execution of automated test scripts. Your primary focus will be on creating, maintaining, and executing test scripts to identify and report software defects. You will collaborate closely with the development team to understand software requirements and implement efficient automated testing strategies. This role offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in both software testing and automation. Preferred Candidate Profile: We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic candidate who meets the following criteria: Education & Training: A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field. Formal training or certification in Selenium Automation Testing , Manual Testing , and API Testing . Skills & Expertise: Strong foundational knowledge and hands-on experience with Selenium Automation Testing . Proficiency in Manual Testing and API Testing , with a solid understanding of testing methodologies. Familiarity with test case design, test execution, and defect management processes. Good understanding of the software development life cycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies . Proficient in basic programming languages (such as Java, Python, etc.) used for automation testing. Passion & Learning: A strong passion for learning new technologies and staying up-to-date with industry trends. A willingness to explore new testing tools, frameworks, and practices to improve testing efficiency. Analytical & Problem-Solving Skills: Excellent analytical and critical thinking skills to identify problems, troubleshoot issues, and provide effective solutions. Ability to understand complex business requirements and translate them into actionable test strategies. Personal Attributes: Detail-oriented and thorough in test execution and documentation. Strong communication skills, with the ability to work effectively both independently and within a team.
