Junior QA Engineer

By engaging with us, you will contribute to developing end-user modules" firmware, implementing new features, ensuring compatibility with the latest telecommunication and industry standards, and analyzing and estimating customer requirements. Key Responsibilities: - Design test plans and create test cases for exciting new features - Partner with product and engineering teams to validate the streaming application on partner devices - Enhance existing test cases to address any gaps - Identify issues, report defects, and suggest additional tests to prevent reoccurrences - Assist in triaging automation issues (basic automation experience required) Qualifications Required: - Highly motivated individual passionate about quality - 2+ years of practical QA experience, preferably testing on devices like Roku, Fire TV, Android TV, and Apple TV - Strong organizational skills with the ability to track multiple test executions simultaneously - Knowledge of QA methodology and test/defect management tools; experience with TestRail and Jira is a plus - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Strong reporting, analytical, and problem-solving skills Additional Details: GlobalLogic prioritizes a culture of caring and inclusivity, where you can build meaningful connections with collaborative teammates, supportive managers, and compassionate leaders.
