Role Overview

We are seeking a Project Coordinator who will act as a Scrum Master, ensuring smooth project execution through agile practices. The role involves Jira board handling, sprint facilitation, and cross-team coordination to deliver projects efficiently and on time.

Key Responsibilities

• Facilitate Agile/Scrum ceremonies (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives).
• Manage and update Jira boards for task tracking, backlog management, and reporting.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure project alignment and timely delivery.
• Identify and remove blockers to support smooth project progress.
• Prepare and share project status reports with stakeholders.
• Support senior management in planning and execution of deliverables.

Qualifications

• Education: B.Tech / MBA (or equivalent).
• Skills Required:
• Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Proficiency in Jira / Jira board handling.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Preferred (not mandatory): Agile/Scrum certification (CSM, PSM, PMI-ACP).
