Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Connect with potential customers through calls, emails, and follow-ups.
Reach out to webinar/masterclass registrants before sessions and engage with them post-sessions.
Build a quick rapport, understand learner needs, and recommend suitable programs.
Explain program features, address queries, and ensure smooth enrolment.
Maintain lead data and communication updates in CRM.
Track key metrics such as connects made, meaningful conversations, and conversions.
Identify opportunities for upselling and continuous engagement.
Role Requirements:

Excellent English communication skills (non-negotiable).
Comfortable speaking with senior professionals.
Strong interpersonal and rapport-building skills.
Flexibility to work US night shifts (9:00 PM 7:00 AM).
Curiosity or interest in AI and emerging tech.
