Junior Production Coordinator

Job Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Junior Production Coordinator to join our VFX production team. The candidate will assist in managing schedules, tracking shots, maintaining communication between departments, and ensuring the smooth delivery of visual effects projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist Production and Supervisors in daily coordination of VFX tasks.
• Track shot progress and maintain production databases.
• Communicate updates between artists, supervisors, and production leads.
• Prepare daily/weekly status reports and ensure deadlines are met.
• Organise meetings, take notes, and circulate task updates.
• Help manage asset deliveries, file organisation, and version tracking.
• Support HR and production in on boarding new team members when needed.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Animation, VFX, Media, or a related field.
• Understanding of VFX production workflow is a plus.
• Proficiency with Google Sheets/Excel, Gmail, and ShotGrid or Ftrack (preferred).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹8,590.00 - ₹10,890.00 per month
