Job description Job Title: Junior Product Support Engineer. Location: Madhapur, Hyderabad . Mode: Full Time Position. Experience: 0-1 Years/Freshers Key Responsibilities: Provide technical assistance and support for incoming queries and issues related to computer systems, software, and hardware. Take full ownership of customer issues, follow problems through to resolution ensuring proper escalation as needed. Perform basic software product configuration and testing activities. Assist in basic network operations and system troubleshooting. Communicate effectively with customers to understand their concerns and provide timely solutions. Document technical knowledge in the form of notes and manuals. Adapt quickly to changing roles, responsibilities, and company policies. Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service.
