Junior Product Owner - F&O DMS

As a Jr Product Owner - Dynamics (F&O) at our company, you will play a crucial role in leading the planning, development, and implementation of DMS projects using a Rapid prototype/Pilot/POC approach. Your responsibilities will include making decisions on product features and functionality changes based on product capabilities, performance parameters, and alignment to the product roadmap. You will need to have in-depth technical product knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics FinOps and work closely with development and testing teams to ensure optimal product development and performance. Key Responsibilities: - Lead planning, development, and implementation of DMS projects using Rapid prototype/Pilot/POC approach - Make decisions on product features and functionality changes based on product capabilities and performance parameters - Work with development and testing teams to ensure optimal product development and performance - Evaluate different solutions and designs for product development areas - Review system health and performance parameters and take necessary actions - Identify root causes of issues and evaluate paths for permanent resolutions - Contribute to Requirement Analysis and Testing stages of the project - Lead Proof of Concept, technical design review, and code reviews initiatives - Have an inclination towards process automation and identify tasks to automate - Work with business and functional teams to distill product requirements into system capabilities - Contribute to feasibility assessment of business requirements and technical validation - Understand data flow between CRM & Fin Ops - Interact with 3rd party solutions in the market for benchmarking - Manage production issues closure and ensure defined SLAs are met - Stay updated with technology trends in Microsoft Dynamics FinOps platform - Analyze and lead various Technology to provide technical solutions - Have hands-on experience in Batch management & Optimization - Understand Logic apps and interface of D365 with 3rd part applications like SAP, Azure - Deliver proof of concepts and reference implementations - Be a quick learner and expand to new domains - Handle audit queries and provide system data to auditor - Work in Agile methodology environment - Deliver concrete results with speed and strong collaboration skills Qualification Required: - Education: BE / MBA (Systems / IT) - Microsoft D365 F&O certification program or related certification - 4-7 years relevant industry experience in designing applications, products, and services - Experience in managing sizable projects in Dynamics 365 - Experience in handling complex integrations with ERP Systems or similar applications - Experience in Agile and Lean methodologies and project management - Collaboration and leadership skills within cross-functional groups - Experience in CRM/Digital/Front-end tools & technologies The company offers fast track career growth, outstanding launches and riding events, leadership development programs, medical insurance and life cover, career progression via internal movements, equal employment opportunity, employee discounts on company products, voluntary parental coverage, rewards and recognition, maternity & paternity leave and benefits.,
