Junior Product Manager/ Product Manager

We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Product Manager to join our team. As a Product Manager, you will be the subject matter expert for our healthcare products and solutions, collaborating closely with development and support teams to deliver high-quality solutions. Your responsibilities will include supporting strategic product planning, development lifecycle, and product launch cycles for our product offerings. You will drive the execution of processes in the product lifecycle, such as product and market research, competitor analysis, planning, positioning, requirements and roadmap development, and product launch. Additionally, you will collaborate with stakeholders to define, communicate, and implement the product segment strategy. You will work directly with technology development resources, leading effective communication, company readiness, release, roll out, and positioning of our offerings. Participating in sprint planning discussions to define sprint goals and refine product backlogs will also be part of your role. Translating product strategy into detailed requirements for prototyping and final development by engineering teams is essential. You will create product strategy documents outlining business cases, high-level use cases, technical requirements, revenue, and ROI. Reviewing the work done by the development team to ensure alignment with the product vision and serving as the interface with customers, internal development groups, and stakeholders are also key responsibilities. You will be responsible for updating and maintaining CRM/Jira for internal tracking and monitoring the progress of development items to ensure their timely execution and delivery within expected timelines. Required Skills/Experience: - Minimum 8-10 years of product experience in the US healthcare domain. - Self-motivated, driven, and capable of envisioning the future direction of the product. - Prior Product Management experience is an advantage but not mandatory. - Expertise in Revenue Cycle Management/Clinical or other areas within the healthcare domain. - Ability to understand and communicate the vision of the solution and drive the details. - Proficiency in English and Malayalam.
