Junior Product Analyst

As a Product Analyst, you play a crucial role in understanding and gathering business requirements from clients and effectively communicating them to the technical team for successful implementation. You are responsible for conducting market research, analyzing product performance data, and providing valuable insights to support product development and management efforts. - Collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders to understand business objectives, product vision, and user needs for products. - Cooperate with multi-disciplinary teams to identify issues, potential challenges, and bottlenecks in the product for prompt resolution. - Maintain accurate project documentation, including project plans, progress reports, meeting minutes, product requirements, user stories, use cases, and change requests. - Conduct thorough reviews and validation of technical deliverables to ensure alignment with requirements and quality standards. - Work with the product team to support product delivery and contribute to long-term product roadmaps based on data-driven insights, business goals, and customer needs. - Collaborate closely with the Project Manager during project execution, managing project plans, dependencies, risks, issues, and tracking benefits realization. Qualifications & Experience: - Minimum 2-5 years of proven experience in product analysis or similar roles, preferably in the software and IT industry. - Strong understanding of business analysis principles, methodologies, and practices. - Proficiency in eliciting and documenting business requirements and technical specifications. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail, accuracy, and quality. - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.,
