Junior Producer/ Producer

As a Localization and Versioning Producer at Deluxe, you will be responsible for managing localization and versioning projects in both short-form and long-form. You will work alongside Editors, Compositors, C4D artists, and IO-QC technicians to ensure projects are completed according to the brief provided by Clients, Account Managers, and On-Site Project Managers. Your role will demand a combination of project management skills, effective communication, and technical knowledge in the post-production and VFX industry. Additionally, you must be willing to work in shifts aligned with multiple time zones based on business requirements. - Interact with Account Managers/Clients to understand project requirements and deliverables. - Estimate project time and budget based on client brief, source assets, rate cards, and brand guidelines. - Produce localization and versioning projects to high creative standards within agreed timelines and budgets. - Define sub-tasks, schedule calendars, book resources, and provide feedback on project output. - Oversee projects through various phases including Input QC, Localization, Versioning, Output QC, Encodes, and Delivery. - Keep clients and onsite teams updated on project progress and challenges. - Conduct kick-off meetings with artists and tech leads to align on software, fonts, and schedules. - Arrange briefings with internal and external stakeholders as needed for seamless information transfer. - Track project budgets, costs, and prepare reports when required. - Identify workflow improvements and provide suggestions based on challenges faced. - Brief team members, freelancers, and new joiners as necessary. - Manage team schedules, leaves, appraisals, and overall progress. - 5 to 7 years of experience in a producer role for post-production or VFX studios handling short-form projects. - Strong project management skills with a good understanding of industry workflows and software. - Well-organized, proactive, and clear communicator with excellent interpersonal skills. - Proficient in English language with a Can-Do attitude and attention to detail. - Ability to manage multiple outputs with minor yet critical changes unique to each version.,
