Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Junior Process Executive - Validation, located in Kochi. The Junior Process Executive will be responsible for day-to-day tasks including customer support, ensuring customer satisfaction, and validating various processes. The role involves analytical tasks, handling customer queries, and maintaining effective communication with clients to deliver outstanding customer service and support.
