Job Summary:

Fornax BPO Pvt. Ltd. is hiring Junior Process Associates for our Medical Billing - Non-Voice Process team. This is an excellent opportunity for freshers with 0 to 1 year of experience looking to start their career in the BPO/KPO industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform payment posting and processing tasks accurately.
• Work with medical billing systems and documentation.
• Ensure timely and accurate data entry.
• Collaborate with the team to meet process goals.
• Maintain confidentiality and follow compliance guidelines.

Required Skills:

• Basic typing skills (average typing speed)
• Good verbal and written communication
• Team coordination and time management
• Basic understanding of medical billing processes
• Non-voice process handling

Eligibility Criteria:

• Education: Minimum 12th + Degree / 10th + Diploma
• Experience: 0 to 1 year (Freshers welcome)

Salary Package:

• ₹1,44,000 per annum

Shift Timings:

• Female Candidates: Day Shift
• Male Candidates: Night Shift
