Position: Junior Operations & Marketing Ops Executive

We are hiring a proactive and detail-oriented Junior Operations & Marketing Ops to support our internal process execution and process improvement initiatives, social media channels etc. during night shifts. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic tech consulting environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop visually appealing posts and creatives using Canva for social media and job postings
• Handle LinkedIn postings, including job updates and company announcements.
• Maintain clear and professional communication across internal and external channels.
• Work closely with HR and internal teams for immediate job postings and branding activities

Requirements

• Proficiency in Canva for creating designs and Job Post.
• Good marketing skills
• Basic knowledge of LinkedIn handling and social media posting.
• Strong communication skills (written and verbal).
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Quick learner with a positive attitude.
• Freshers are welcome; prior experience is a plus but not mandatory.

Location: Onsite – Saravanampatti, Coimbatore
Shift: Night Shift (PST Timings)
Schedule: Monday to Friday (5 days/week)
Start Date: Immediate Joiner Preferred
