Junior Operations Executive Internship

We are seeking a driven Operations Intern who excels in building efficient systems and is ready to take on the challenge of working with cutting-edge project management tools. This internship opportunity includes a job offer letter, providing you with the chance to transition into a full-time role upon successfully completing the program. Your day-to-day responsibilities will involve designing and implementing workflows using platforms such as Monday.com, ClickUp, Zoho, and Figma to enhance operational efficiency. You will be responsible for automating routine processes to boost team productivity and collaborating with cross-functional teams to refine project management strategies. Utilizing MS-Excel and other MS-Office tools, you will conduct data analysis, generate reports, and provide decision-making support. Your role will also require you to offer administrative and operational support with meticulous attention to detail and excellent communication skills in both written and spoken English. Additionally, you will research and integrate new tools and technologies to streamline operations and play a key role in organizing team meetings and initiatives to drive project success. In return, we offer comprehensive training for 3 months on workflow automation and project management tools, along with a 2-week probation period to get familiar with your role and the team. There is also an opportunity for career growth, including the chance to transition into a full-time position after successfully completing the internship. You will gain hands-on experience with top platforms like Monday.com, ClickUp, Zoho, and Figma.
