Junior Officer - Utility

As an experienced individual in the field of operation and maintenance of equipment, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth functioning and efficiency of various systems at FMC. Your responsibilities will include: - Operating and maintaining a range of equipment such as Fire tube Boiler, Water tube boiler, cooling tower, Chiller, Air compressor, Nitrogen generating system, steam network, and steam traps. - Implementing energy conservation measures to reduce wastage and improve efficiency through technological upgrades and enhanced operation and maintenance practices. - Utilizing your computing skills to prepare machine performance reports and presentations. - Calculating the cost of utility services and optimizing them to minimize expenses. - Preparing equipment Bills of Materials (BOM) and effectively managing inventory including filter stock, oil stock, and spares. - Improving machine reliability and reducing downtime by analyzing operational trend charts, troubleshooting issues, and implementing solutions. - Ensuring compliance with safety standards and rules, updating departmental documents, records, and maintaining environmental-related documents according to policies. - Handling day-to-day routine maintenance tasks, troubleshooting activities, compiling data, writing reports on engineering studies and projects, and installing, servicing, calibrating, and performing preventive maintenance on mechanical systems. - Demonstrating knowledge of SAP in your work processes. Qualifications required for this role include: - 5 to 8 years of experience in the field. - Education background of either ITI or Diploma in Mechanical or ITI or Diploma in Refrigeration and Air Conditioning.
