Monitor and analyze network and cloud infrastructure performance using tools like Grafana, Solarwinds and AWS CloudWatch in 24 x 7 setup.
Perform administrative tasks in monitoring tools like Grafana.Identify and troubleshoot issues, implement corrective actions, and escalate complex problems to the appropriate teamsDevelop and implement processes and procedures to ensure efficient and effective infrastructure managementSupport and mentor peers, sharing knowledge and best practicesCollaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and alignment of infrastructure servicesProvide regular reports and updates on the health and performance of the network and cloud environmentsStay up to date with industry trends, technologies, and ITIL best practicesCoordinate with AWS and Cloudwatch admin teams to understand the issue and assist in fixing it.Strong documentation skills to create SOPs for handling the issues.Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset.

Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
