Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales and Marketing Specialist located in Kochi. The Sales and Marketing Specialist will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies, managing customer relationships, handling sales transactions, and providing sales training. Day-to-day tasks include communicating with clients, identifying sales opportunities, and ensuring customer satisfaction through excellent service.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
• Experience in Sales and Sales Management
• Ability to conduct Training sessions for sales teams
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field is preferred
• Experience in the advertising or media industry is a plus
