Junior Motion Graphic Designer

Role Overview: You will be joining Vdo.AI as a Junior Motion Graphic Designer, where your main responsibility will be to create 10-15 reels/short-form videos daily using motion design skills and AI-powered creative tools. Your role will involve producing fast, high-quality content by seamlessly integrating AI-generated videos, audio, and graphics. Key Responsibilities: - Create daily short-form content such as reels, YouTube Shorts, and ads - Utilize AI video, audio, and image generation tools (e.g., Nano Banana, Sora, Google VEO, ElevenLabs) for quick-turnaround asset production - Edit and compile footage, transitions, typography, overlays, and visual effects - Optimize content for various platforms and aspect ratios - Manage deadlines effectively and deliver high-volume output while maintaining quality standards - Stay abreast of the latest AI and motion design trends, workflows, and tools Qualifications Required: - Minimum qualification of a Graduate (Bachelors degree) - Preferred degree/diploma/certification in Motion Design, Animation, Multimedia, Graphic Design, or related field - 1-2 years of experience in motion graphics, video editing, or digital content creation - Proficiency in After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator, or equivalent software - Hands-on experience with AI-based generation tools for video, voice, and imagery - Strong understanding of pacing, timing, transitions, and storytelling for short-form content - Ability to thrive in a high-volume, fast-paced work environment - Portfolio showcasing reels, social videos, or AI-led creative work About the Company: Vdo.AI is a platform that aids publishers in transitioning to the future of content consumption on the internet.
