Roles & Responsibilities
  • Create, manage, and optimize

    Facebook/Meta ad campaigns

    .
  • Conduct

    audience research

    and build effective targeting strategies.
  • Set up and track

    pixels, events, and conversions

    .
  • Write and test

    ad creatives & copy variations

    .
  • Monitor campaign performance, prepare

    weekly/monthly reports

    , and suggest improvements.
  • Scale ad campaigns while maintaining

    positive ROI

    .
  • Stay updated with the latest

    Meta Ads policies and trends

    .

Good to have knowledge :

  • Automation tools like

Compensation

💰 ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month during probation (3 months).

📈 Increment after successful completion of probation.
