Junior Merchandiser

You will be joining Aseem Design Studio as a Junior Merchandiser based in Gurugram. Your role will involve managing inventory, maintaining store aesthetics, and assisting with product displays. You will be responsible for monitoring sales, analyzing consumer trends, and working closely with the production team. Additionally, you will support the marketing team in promotional activities and ensuring exceptional customer service. Your key responsibilities will include managing stock levels and distribution, achieving sales targets across Multi Brand Outlets, E-commerce platforms, and direct clients. It will be essential to ensure adequate supplies for visual displays, handle store and client queries, and forecast profits through sales analysis. You will also oversee the studio's website to address client queries promptly and ensure timely order deliveries. Regular store visits will be conducted to analyze visual merchandising and gather feedback from sales representatives. To excel in this role, you should possess excellent communication and customer service skills, have experience in E-commerce operations, and understand sales and retail environments. A strong grasp of marketing principles, analytical abilities to monitor inventory and sales trends, and the capacity to collaborate effectively within a team are crucial. Prior experience in the fashion industry would be advantageous, and a Bachelor's degree in Fashion Merchandising, Business, or a related field is preferred.,
