Junior Mechanical Technician

Manish Enterprises is looking for a Junior Mechanical Technician to join their innovative team and make an immediate impact. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the product development team and the founding team. Your main duties will include assembling machines, sub-assemblies, and mechanical systems based on engineering drawings, interpreting technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications, and performing measurement planning and verification using various measuring tools. Additionally, you will assist engineers in preparing assembly layouts and simple mechanical drawings, ensuring proper fitting, alignment, and adjustment of components during assembly, and supporting prototype building, testing, and troubleshooting. As the Junior Mechanical Technician, you will also be responsible for maintaining tools, workshop equipment, and an organized assembly area, recording test/measurement data, providing feedback to engineers, following safety protocols, and ensuring quality checks during the assembly process. The ideal candidate for this position should have a Diploma/ITI/Polytechnic in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Technology, or a related field, along with 0-1 year of experience in a similar role. Practical knowledge of machine assembly, fitting, and measurement techniques is required, as well as the ability to read and understand mechanical drawings and schematics. Experience with measurement tools such as vernier calipers, micrometers, and gauges is essential. Basic knowledge of CAD software is a plus but not mandatory. To excel in this role, you should have a strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and a willingness to learn. Good communication skills and the ability to work in a team environment are also important.
