Junior Mechanical Technician

Manish Enterprises is looking for someone to join their innovative team and make an immediate impact. As Junior Mechanical Technician, you will support the product development team and the founding team.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in assembling machines, sub-assemblies, and mechanical systems as per engineering drawings.
• Interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications to support accurate builds.
• Perform measurement planning and verification using measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, gauges, etc.).
• Support engineers in preparing assembly layouts and simple mechanical drawings.
• Ensure proper fitting, alignment, and adjustment of components during assembly.
• Assist with prototype building, testing, and troubleshooting.
• Maintain tools, workshop equipment, and an organized assembly area.
• Record test/measurement data and provide feedback to engineers.
• Follow safety protocols and ensure quality checks during the assembly process.

Requirements:

• Diploma / ITI / Polytechnic in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Technology, or related field.
• 0-1 year of experience in a similar role (mechanical technician).
• Practical knowledge of machine assembly, fitting, and measurement techniques.
• Ability to read and understand mechanical drawings and schematics.
• Experience with measurement tools (vernier calipers, micrometers, gauges, etc.).
• Basic knowledge of CAD software is a plus (not mandatory).
• Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and willingness to learn.
• Good communication and ability to work in a team environment.
• Passion for building, assembling, and supporting innovative product development.

Job Type: Fresher

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
