Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Perform routine maintenance tasks on mechanical equipment such as pumps, compressors, and valves to ensure optimal performance.
Conduct inspections of mechanical systems to identify potential issues before they become major problems.
Troubleshoot and repair mechanical malfunctions using diagnostic techniques and technical knowledge.
Collaborate with other technicians and supervisors to prioritize workload and allocate resources effectively.
Maintain accurate records of work performed, including repairs, maintenance schedules, and inventory management.

Preferred candidate profile

1-2 years of experience in a similar role or industry (mechanical technician).
Diploma or ITI certification in Mechanical or related field.
Strong understanding of mechanical principles, including pump operation, compressor mechanics, and valve control systems.
Proficiency in working with various types of machinery and equipment used in oil & gas industry.
