About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Executive to lead and execute both digital and offline marketing initiatives for our real estate projects. You will play a key role in growing brand awareness, generating quality leads, and driving sales through innovative marketing campaigns tailored for the real estate sector.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement integrated marketing strategies (digital & offline) to promote real estate projects

Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns (SEO, SEM, social media, email, content marketing)

Coordinate offline marketing activities (events, print ads, outdoor campaigns, brochures)

Manage social media channels and respond to customer inquiries

Analyze campaign performance and provide actionable insights for improvement

Collaborate with sales teams to align marketing efforts with business goals

Monitor market trends and competitor activitiesRequirements

Bachelor's degree

1+ years of experience in real estate marketing (digital and offline preferred)

Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools and analytics

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Creative thinker with strong project management abilities

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Familiarity with local real estate market trends is a plus
