Job Title: Sales and Marketing Intern (B2B | SaaS Products) Location: Bangalore (Field + Online) About TruTech Labs: TruTech Labs is an emerging technology venture building next-gen SaaS platforms for HR, Workforce, and Operations Management including HURE (HRMS + ATS + Payroll) and Shiftly (AI-powered Shift Scheduling & Workforce Planning) . We're looking for energetic interns who can take these products directly to the market both on the ground and online. Role Overview: This internship blends on-field B2B sales with digital marketing execution . You'll engage with small and medium business owners (SMEs), HR heads, and operations managers helping them understand how TruTech's solutions transform workforce productivity. Key Responsibilities: 1. B2B Sales & Client Outreach Identify and approach potential SME clients in assigned zones. Conduct product demos for HURE and Shiftly. Generate qualified leads and track progress in CRM. Gather customer feedback and share insights with the product and marketing teams. Support channel and reseller partnership onboarding. 2. Digital Marketing & Campaign Support Assist in social media content scheduling and lead generation campaigns. Work with marketing to run LinkedIn, Google, and email campaigns. Create short market insights reports (leads, responses, campaign data). Help design marketing collaterals and digital ads (with guidance). Required Skills & Attributes: Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Basic understanding of sales funnels and digital marketing. Eagerness to learn SaaS product marketing and client acquisition. Comfortable with travel for field visits (if required). Self-driven and disciplined with targets. Preferred Qualifications: Pursuing MBA/BBA/Marketing or recent graduates. Prior internship or college-level exposure to B2B sales or digital marketing tools (HubSpot, Canva, LinkedIn Ads, Google Sheets, etc.). Passion for startups and technology products.
